By applying to be a referrer in the Refined Studio Wedding Floral Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Referrers must be approved by Refined Studio before they can submit referrals. Approval is at the sole discretion of Refined Studio.
2. Referral Process:
Referrers may refer couples who are planning their wedding and have not previously inquired with or booked services from Refined Studio. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral submission form after the referrer is approved. Each referral must include the full name, wedding date, and contact details of the referred couple (bride/groom), as well as any relevant relationship details.
3. Referral Reward:
Upon successful booking, contract signing and payment of wedding floral services by the referred couple, the referrer will receive $100 in cash as a reward. The referred couple will receive $100 off their wedding floral retainer as part of the referral program. To qualify for the referral discount, the referred couple must mention the referrer's name at the time of booking. If the couple does not mention the referrer, they will not be eligible for the discount, and the referrer will not receive the reward. The referral reward for the referrer will be issued once the referred couple has made a full payment and signed the contract.
4. Referral Submission:
Referrers must submit complete and accurate information for each referral. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may result in disqualification from the referral program. Refined Studio reserves the right to verify the referral information and the booking status of the referred couple before issuing rewards.
5. Referral Program Approval:
Referrers must first apply and be approved by Refined Studio before submitting referrals. Applications are subject to review and approval at the discretion of Refined Studio. Refined Studio reserves the right to deny or reject any referrer’s application without providing a reason.
6. Restrictions:
The referral reward will only be issued for couples who book and pay for wedding floral services. If a referred couple cancels or does not pay for the floral services, the referrer will not be eligible for the reward. Referrers cannot refer themselves or their own wedding/event. This program is not valid for corporate events or non-wedding-related bookings.
7. Referral Milestones:
If a referrer successfully refers more than 6 couples, they will earn $600 (i.e., $100 per couple referred). Referrers who earn $600 or more in rewards in a calendar year may be required to provide their taxpayer identification information (such as a Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number) for tax reporting purposes. In this case, Refined Studio will issue a 1099 form for tax reporting in accordance with IRS regulations.
8. Program Modifications or Termination:
Refined Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on the website and communicated to the referrers. If the program is terminated, any referrals made prior to the termination date that meet the eligibility requirements will still be honored for reward issuance.
9. Privacy:
All personal information provided by the referrer and the referred couple will be used solely for the purposes of administering this referral program and will be kept confidential in accordance with [Your Business Name]’s privacy policy. By submitting a referral, the referrer consents to Refined Studio contacting the referred couple.
10. Liability:
Refined Studio is not responsible for any technical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that may occur during the referral process.
The referrer acknowledges and agrees that Refined Studio is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from the referral or the booked wedding floral services.
11. Indemnity:
The referrer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Refined Studio, its employees, affiliates, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the referral program.
12. Agreement:
By submitting the referral application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the referrer and Refined Studio regarding participation in the referral program.

Refined Studio reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the referrer to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
